1. Eligibility

3. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on betph are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and local bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. betph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. betph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on betph — including bingo, live casino, and slot games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. Players are expected to participate in good faith and must not attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilitiesin any game. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or abuse of system errors will be voided and the account may be permanently closed. betph uses certified random number generation for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes for every player. In the event of account termination due to a breach, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. 7. Limitation of Liability

betph provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all services at all times. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, or interruptions to third-party payment services that are outside our direct control. betph's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
